1. Lima, Peru

The weather is great year-round and you can spend your days sampling ceviche (a traditional seafood dish), exploring Peruvian culture and relaxing on the beach. 2. Tokyo, Japan
Plan something big this year on Cyber Monday and take a trip to the other side of the world! Tokyo is one of the most famous cities in the world, but it hasn’t lost its traditional Japanese culture. Fill up on all the sushi and ramen you can eat, visit traditional Japanese temples, see the skyline from the top of the Tokyo Skytree tower and sing karaoke all night.
3. Montreal, Canada
Only have a few days? Why not hop on up to the Great White North for your next long weekend? Montreal is the largest city in Quebec, and definitely one of the most beautiful. With a mix of Canadian charm and old-school European vibes, it’s the perfect spot for a quick getaway. Climb up the Mont-Royal for the best views of the city, eat your way through local markets and hipster cafes and take a walk downtown for museums and picture-perfect neighborhoods.
4. Sydney, Australia
If you’re looking for some serious adventure, there’s hardly anywhere better to go than Australia. Sydney is one of Australia’s biggest cities and has so much to do, whether you’re looking for an adrenaline rush or not. Swim at Bondi Beach, take a coastal hike along secret beaches, ride in a hot air balloon or kayak around the Sydney Harbor: and that’s all without even leaving the city! Head up to the Northern Territory for more hiking, camping and skydiving.
5. Mostar, Bosnia
Still relatively undiscovered (even by Instagram), Mostar is a definite must-add to your bucket list. Stroll down the narrow streets full of shops and markets, snap a pic for the ‘gram at the iconic Stari Most (a medieval bridge) and go rafting or kayaking through the lush river canyons. While you’re there, hop on over to Croatia, Italy or Greece.
6. Los Angeles, CA
It’s a classic must-see city, and if you’re looking for somewhere to escape the winter, you’ll find lots of sunshine here. Book a weekend trip and explore Hollywood and miles of picture-perfect coastline. Have a week or two to work with? Grab a car and drive up and down the coast. With cities like San Diego and Malibu nearby and Yosemite National Park just a few hours away, you’ve got plenty to fill up a week—or two.
7. Edinburgh, Scotland
Scotland has a ton of history, so if you’re ready to spend a week exploring castles and narrow cobblestone streets, Edinburgh’s your city. Hike up Arthur’s seat for views of the city, go shopping on Princes Street and enjoy some real Scotch whisky (and haggis, if you’re feeling brave!). Catch a Cyber Monday deal and fly directly into Edinburgh or hit London first before heading up north.
